There are TWO easy ways to report an issue in your apartment that requires attention from our maintenance staff:
1). Submit your request via the Windsor Resident Portal. This is done very easily by logging onto www.windsorcommunities.com/resident-services/resident-portal.aspx. Once you have accessed your personal portal page, there is a section to submit your service request. Please note that if there is more than one request that needs to be made, you need to fill out separate service requests for each item. This is done to ensure that no important details are missed, and for our tracking purposes.
2). If you are not around a computer, you are more than welcome to call the Leasing Office to report your request for service. Our attentive staff will ask you information about the issue, as well as if maintenance has permission to enter your apartment in your absence.
